gim99 implements a comprehensive suite of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security framework includes:
While gim99 takes every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no security system is entirely impenetrable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying gim99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
gim99 uses cookies and similar web technologies (including web beacons, pixel tags, and local storage objects) to deliver, maintain, and improve the Platform. The following cookie categories are in use:
gim99 does not use third-party advertising cookies or serve behavioural advertising based on your Platform activity. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the Platform.
Depending on your location and the applicable data protection framework, you may hold one or more of the following rights in relation to the personal data gim99 holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Privacy team at the address in Section 14.
gim99 will not charge a fee for handling data rights requests made in good faith. We reserve the right to request reasonable identity verification before processing any such request to protect against unauthorised access to personal data.

Data Protection
Six concrete practices that underpin gim99's commitment to keeping your personal and financial information secure at all times.
Every byte of data exchanged between your device and gim99's servers is encrypted using 256-bit TLS — the same standard employed by major international banks and financial institutions. There are no unencrypted pages on gim99.
Personal identifiers, financial records, and KYC documents stored in gim99's databases are encrypted at rest. Physical access to our data centres is restricted to authorised personnel only, with biometric controls and 24/7 monitoring.
Internal access to Member data is strictly segmented. A support agent handling a deposit query cannot access KYC documents. Compliance staff cannot view support chat logs. The principle of least privilege is applied throughout.
gim99 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Your information is used exclusively to operate your Account, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the Platform for you.
Personal data is held only for as long as legally required or operationally necessary. Once a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised — not quietly archived indefinitely.
gim99 commissions regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments from independent third-party security firms. Findings are remediated on a risk-prioritised basis, and our security posture is reviewed at least annually.
