In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain a gim99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of account use.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as a nominee for, another person.
• You have not previously had a gim99 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee, officer, or director of gim99 or its affiliated entities.
• You are using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

gim99 primarily serves players based in Indonesia and operates its customer support, payment integrations, and product features with the Indonesian market in mind. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on gim99 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

gim99 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of bank passbook, e-wallet screenshot, or bank statement showing your name and account number).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact gim99 support immediately.

gim99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

gim99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All funds deposited into your gim99 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gim99 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to charge any associated transaction fees to the Member's Account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. gim99 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard bank operating hours may be queued and processed within 24 hours.

gim99 does not charge platform fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gim99 accepts no responsibility.

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gim99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider's end is outside gim99's control.

gim99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and accumulator boosts. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply to all gim99 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's Account in a separate bonus balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount. A 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• gim99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, technical error, or systematic exploitation.
• Winnings derived entirely from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the specific promotion terms.

By placing a wager on gim99, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or event you are betting on, and that you accept the result as final subject to the provisions below.

gim99 offers the following main product categories: sports betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international fixtures including Timnas Indonesia), live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), slots and crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). All games are provided by licensed, independent game studios and are subject to those studios' own rule sets and RTP figures, which are disclosed within the relevant game information panels.

• A wager is confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message. gim99 is not liable for wagers not received due to internet connectivity failures on the Member's end.
• gim99 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error, an obvious pricing mistake, or data feed corruption.
• For in-play sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted constitute the agreed price. Delays in transmission are the Member's responsibility.
• gim99 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets or for individual Accounts at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, gim99's decision — made after consultation with the relevant game provider or official data source — shall be final.

gim99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined rolling period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatically end your session after a specified duration.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your current session duration and net P&L.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your Account for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gim99 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be void.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gim99 staff or other platform users.

All content on the gim99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "gim99", logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of gim99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Game content (including slot titles, live dealer streams, and lottery interfaces) is licensed to gim99 by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All such content remains the intellectual property of the respective studios.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gim99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from interruption to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gim99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) that result in delayed, failed, or incorrectly processed transactions.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials, or from authorised or unauthorised use of a Member's Account by a third party.

gim99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your gim99 Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days of your closure request being confirmed.

gim99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with immediate effect and without prior notice — where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• gim99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity falsification;
• A Member has been found to be under 21 years of age;
• A Member has requested self-exclusion; or
• gim99 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gim99 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Any withheld funds may be forfeited where the breach is confirmed following investigation.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gim99 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and gim99, we encourage Members to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. gim99 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's operating licence. The decision of any such dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights to seek emergency or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

gim99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gim99 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the gim99 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The version of the Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page constitutes the current binding agreement between you and gim99.
